This 1967 Gibson SG Junior captures the no-frills appeal that made the model such a compelling part of Gibson’s lineup during the late 1960s. It pairs the lightweight SG body with a single P-90 pickup, creating a direct and expressive instrument that relies on simplicity rather than excess. The slim double-cutaway design offers easy access across the fingerboard, while the mahogany construction contributes warmth and resonance.

This example remains in good vintage condition and shows signs of a guitar that has been played and maintained over the decades. Modifications include replacement pots, Music City locking studs, and an older refret that now exhibits some wear. The factory vibrato is unable to be installed due to insufficient break angle, leaving the guitar configured with its wraparound bridge setup. Cosmetic wear includes finish flaking along the lower treble-side edge and cracks in the pickguard near both the end of the fingerboard and the control area.

Includes Epiphone hard shell case.
