Description
In 1936, the L-7 was one of the finest stringed instruments available for purchase. Its exquisite inlays on the fretboard and headstock made its player stand out in the big bands of the days, and its sunburst finish reminded you that only a Gibson is good enough. This example is in remarkable shape for nearing 90 years of age. It's had some crack repairs, some finish touch up, a new nut, and a new pickguard, but it remains a '30s time capsule otherwise. It has warm responsive tone and is perfect for a variety of playing styles. Includes vintage hard shell case with dark maroon interior.
