This 2024 Gibson Les Paul R9 Murphy Lab is a stunning tribute to the iconic '59 Les Paul 'Burst, meticulously crafted by Gibson's Custom Shop. The Murphy Lab’s Ultralight Aging treatment gives it an authentic, gently worn-in appearance, with fine checking and lightly aged hardware that mimic decades of natural play. Featuring a beautifully figured maple top, a solid mahogany body, and CustomBucker pickups, it delivers the legendary PAF tone with remarkable resonance and sustain. In addition to the Ultralight Aging, there are a few areas of worn finish on the body and the back of the neck, enhancing its vintage character. Includes the original hardshell case, case candy, and certificate of authenticity.
