Description

This 1975 Les Paul Custom showcases the hallmark style and build of Gibson’s Norlin era. The solid mahogany body with a carved maple top delivers the focused sustain and punch that define the model, complemented by a bound ebony fingerboard and block inlays. Its multi-ply binding, gold hardware, and black finish give it the unmistakable “tuxedo” look. The neck has a comfortable slim/medium carve, and the original electronics - featuring Patent No. Stamp pickups - produce a warm, assertive tone. Cosmetically, it remains in good shape for its age with hardware patina, some finish dings and some wear on the back revealing its mahogany base.
