Description
The Fender Bassman holds a legendary place in the history of American amplifiers. While each era brings a slightly different configuration, it's safe to say that every version has its own unique, great tone. This particular amp comes from a transition era, between the Blonde and Blackface amps, and features a black faceplate dubbed as the "tuxedo" aesthetic. It has remained largely original, with the only updates being a new power cord, electrolytic caps, and a bias resistor, completing it's "100k mile maintenance". Just like a well-played guitar carries a vibe, this amp displays a charming bit of wear which somehow often reflects the mojo within. It's a great-sounding amp with a fantastic vintage look!
