This amp was built in September of 1978, with the chassis initialed by the famed Randall Smith. This one happens to be a somewhat odd bird, in that the chassis was built out as a 100w (2 extra tube sockets), but it has the 60W power and output transformer. For all intents and purposes it a 60w model, as it will not produce more wattage without a transformer swap. This could have been something that changed last minute at the customer's request. Also Ch.1 & 2 are internally jumped, to where 1 cascades into 2, and won't pass signal without ch. 2 volume up. I'm not sure if this is stock or a tweak done at the factory. The amp has working reverb, and the original Electro-Voice 12" speaker.
