Description

1937 is considered one of Martin’s finest years, and the D-18 Authentic 1937 is built to capture that magic. It features a mahogany back and sides, an Adirondack spruce top, and forward-shifted scalloped bracing for a dry, punchy, and clear tone. Built with hide glue and period-correct details, it’s shaped after original pre-war Dreadnoughts and finished with classic 18-style appointments. Martin’s Vintage Tone System® ages the top and braces for an open, broken-in sound. This guitar is in excellent condition with little to no playwear and comes with the original hardshell case.
