This Martin Custom Shop 00-18V pairs a Sitka spruce top with striking birdseye maple back and sides, offering a crisp, immediate response with a clean low end and articulate highs. The 12-fret body and short scale give it a focused, intimate feel, while the modified V neck profile lends a familiar, vintage-style grip. It’s a unique take on the classic 00-18 formula, with tonewood choices that lean bright and dry without sounding thin.
