Modifications/RepairsUnoriginal Bridge, saddle and pins. Signs of a neck reset and overspray of the top, but not back and sides. A top binding repair at the very bottom center/right. Seven total top crack repairs below the sound hole. A side crack repair on both the treble and bass side Lower bouts. Twelve bottom crack repairs.
This old Martin Parlor is a great example of the quality of guitars Martin has been putting out for almost two centuries now.  Besides the repairs and signs of age that come with a guitar this old, it truly is in fantastic condition.  Showing signs of a neck reset, a new bridge, crack and binding repairs, and a top over spray, it looks very clean for the amount of work that has been done.  The guitar is strung with Aquila Gut and Silk strings that offer a soft and chipper mid range sound on top of the gorgeous and very old tone woods.  The tuners work fabulously and the neck offers a comfortable ergonomic feel.  This guitar is certainly a joy to play and marvel upon.  Comes with a HSC.
