Description

A wonderful example of a prewar 000-28 displaying the craftsmanship, sound, and overall quality that make these guitars so sought after. After eight and a half decades, this '37 has only improved in both tone and looks. The guitar has been completely over sprayed and had the common neck reset, re-fret, and bridge re-glue as well as having the bridge shaved down and the bridge plate replaced. There is also a patch in the top next to the fretboard extension on the bass side, a cleated center seam top crack, repaired pickguard crack as well as replaced tuners, nut and saddle. This guitar is fantastic in both sound and playability. Includes the original hard shell case.
