It's always an honor to host a pre-war Martin Shadetop and this 00-18 lives up to the lore. Dried out, woody tone takes center stage and its comfortable neck makes playing for hours on end a breeze. The original Shadetop finish sits atop a beautiful Adirondack spruce top and rich mahogany back and sides make for a well-balanced sound - perfectly carved out for a studio mix. It's seen some play in its nearly 90 years, with plenty of checking and finish wear, as well as a few repaired cracks. It's undergone the big repairs to keep in playing condition - neck reset, refret, bridge reglue etc. For the full list of repairs and modifications check out the specs tab.

Includes modern hard shell case.
