The Country Gentleman comes from the mind of Chet Atkins and the Gretsch design team to produce a wonderful semi-hollow body electric. This guitar has lived in the hands of country greats and rock legends as a guitar that helps shape the sounds of generations and bends genres. The pickups sound incredible when pushed through an amp, but they shine and clear up when playing a cleaner style. This guitar is in very good condition. Main modifications being some binding reglue and a good cleaning of the electronics. This guitar was previously owned by a Reverend who stored some hymn charts and lyric sheets in the neck pocket that have obviously been with the guitar for most of its life.

Comes with the original Gretsch hard shell case
