This 1980 Gretsch 7670 Country Gentleman comes in a rich Walnut finish and is in great condition, showing only minimal signs of wear for its age. It plays exceptionally well, with that smooth, broken-in feel you hope for from an older Gretsch. The tone is warm, articulate, and characterful—plenty of clarity on top with that unmistakable hollowbody depth underneath. Everything about it feels steady and responsive, like a guitar that’s settled comfortably into its prime. All in all, it’s a wonderfully solid example of a vintage Gentleman that’s ready for many more years of music. Comes with the OHSC.
