Description

Shinichi Ubukata is a highly regarded guitarist and songwriter in Japan. He began his career in 1998 as guitarist for the band Ellegarden. They released five albums in Japan as well as several EPs and maxi singles. Ellengard also shared stages with groups like Sum 41 and Foo Fighters. His signature edition ES-355 is a unique guitar that combines the diamond F-Holes of the Trini Lopez with classic 355 features. Thanks to the Varitone it has a wide variety of tonal options. Cosmetically, it has some signs of player wear including pick scratches and some finish reaction on the bass side lower bout top.
