Gibson's radically shaped SG guitar was ergonomic in that it allowed upper fret access. Just like the Les Paul shape before it, there was top tier Standard model with humbuckers, a middle tier double P90, and a lower tier single P90. This example is a little extra special because it has a factory original tremolo system. To make the system work, a replacement lightning bolt bridge has been notched for strings to not slip off the ridge. At some point, this guitar suffered a headstock break and was sub sequentially repaired, lacquered over, and had razor finish checking to simulate age. It plays great.
Comes with vintage blue lined velvet hardshell case.
