This 1963 Gibson SG Junior is a powerhouse of vintage character and raw tone. Its single dog-ear P-90 delivers that unmistakable Gibson growl. The neck profile strikes the perfect balance — not too thick, not too thin — making it incredibly comfortable to play. This SG Jr has a few repairs: a Music City bridge has been installed (original included in the case), the frets have been dressed, and the 9th fret inlay has been replaced. There’s also evidence of an old impact near the bottom edge by the cover plate, though no finish touch-up or glue work is visible. Cosmetically, it shows its years of service — the kind of wear that tells you it’s been a working musician’s guitar. It’s got that well-earned mojo and plays great, ready to hit the stage or studio once again.
