The Gibson Nighthawk has long been considered a bit of a black sheep in the Gibson lineup—but that uniqueness has earned it a dedicated cult following that continues to grow. At a glance, it shares some DNA with a Les Paul, yet it sets itself apart with a slimmer body, longer scale length, and a Strat-style pickup selector that opens up a wide range of tones. The strap buttons have been relocated, and the volume and tone pots have bee replaced. Cosmetically, it shows only mild wear, including finish dings and some light patina on the hardware, giving it a well-played, broken-in character.
