Description

This Gibson Les Paul Special was built by the Custom, Art & Historic division in 2001. It features a very unique Cherry Burst finish over a flat flame maple top — an especially uncommon and striking look for a Special.

With a gorgeous fingerboard and standout aesthetic throughout, this guitar makes a strong impression visually. It plays beautifully on a classic Les Paul neck carve that leans slightly slimmer, offering a comfortable and familiar feel in hand.

Tonally, the original P-90s deliver a fat, gripping voice with plenty of bite and character, while still smoothing out into glassy, articulate tones when called for. Comes with the original hard-shell case (OHSC).
