Description

Gibson Doves have long been popular songwriter companions due to their iconic design and warm tone from their maple back and sides. This 1970 example is in great vintage condition with a handful of repairs to keep it in tip top shape. Our in-house repair team performed a fantastic refret and reglued the bridge resulting in fantastic playability.The bridge plate was plugged and re-drilled and a maple cleat was added to address center seam separation. Additionally there is some wear along the neck by the 1st fret and 8th fret. Its action is great with plenty of room left on the adjustable saddle.
