Here is a marvelous playing and sounding Gibson A style mandolin. Renowned for the Loar era mandolins, Gibson has a history and reputation for crafting extremely fine instruments in the early 1900's. This A-1 is no exception. While it is modest in fitment and construction it has an inviting tone and a form that is comfortable to play. The mandolin has seen some binding repair and a shim under the nut, but it is in great cosmetic and playing condition.

Comes with the original hard shell case

*When using Affirm, we charge an additional 3.5% fee on the total at checkout. The majority of our instruments are consignment, where CVG keeps a small percentage of each sale. To be able to cover the additional costs required to offer financing, we have to include a higher fee to the customer. The 3.5% fee will be included in and spread across your Affirm payments.
