All the feel one could need from a 60's Jazzmaster. The pursuit of connecting with a guitar typically lands in how the player connects with the wood and how the guitar feels in their hands. This Jazzmaster is a wonderful guitar that has seen some altercations to its original state. The finish was stripped and refinished natural with an oil finish. The bridge pickup was rewound, saddles were replaced (although originals are in the case), bass side bridge thimble was replaced and the guitar received a refret at one point. This instrument sounds wonderful and has the warm Jazzmaster sound dialed. It could stand to have a refret down the road, but we have it setup and playing just fine.
