This 2005 Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster Pro Model offers a familiar sunburst look paired with the feel of a well-executed modern build. It’s been updated with a set of 2015 Custom Shop pickups, giving it a bit more presence while staying true to the Strat’s expected character. The neck has a comfortable, broken-in quality, and the hardware and finish remain clean throughout with light again. Plugged in, it delivers a clear, responsive voice with a touch of added depth from the updated electronics. A solid example of the Pro Model platform with a tasteful tone upgrade.
