Description

The Fender Custom Shop 1960 Telecaster Custom Journeyman pairs a bold Sunburst Sparkle finish with vintage-correct double binding and a light relic treatment that adds character without going over the top. The ’60-style oval “C” neck and slab rosewood fingerboard offer a comfortable, broken-in feel, while Twisted Tele pickups provide a broader tonal range—brighter on top with fuller lows. It’s wired with the '63 Tele Relic control set, which features early tele-style wiring: a darker, bass-heavy neck position, neck in the middle, and bridge tone in the third. This setup leans into the roots of early Tele design, offering a different flavor than standard modern wiring. A unique blend of custom color flash and vintage-informed tone. Comes with the COA and OHSC.
