This '44 Martin D-28 has new life thanks to a recent retopping (aged down to look period correct). The neck has a comfortably worn-in feel without being over the top for its age. Sonically, it offers cohesive volume from low to high with plenty of clarity and presence. It plays very nicely on the original V-shaped neck profile, which isn’t too large in the hand. While it shows plenty of honest wear, it’s structurally strong and ready for many more years of playing. It comes in an SKB hardshell case.
