The Les Paul is arguably THE definitive guitar of 70s rock, powering iconic heavy riffs and unforgettable solos from legends like Jimmy Page, Billy Gibbons, and early Eric Clapton. This 1976 Sunburst model is in excellent playing condition, thanks to a recent in-house refret. Notable modifications include a set of replacement tuners, upgraded pickups—a Tarback in the neck and a Tim Shaw in the bridge—and an added coil tap for increased tonal versatility. While it shows moderate cosmetic wear, the guitar remains in very good overall condition with no significant damage. Currently set up with 11-gauge strings, it plays effortlessly and delivers the classic Les Paul tones you crave. It also comes with its original 1970s purple-lined hardshell case.
