Description

This 2022 Gibson Custom Shop Murphy Lab ’59 ES-335 comes in a sleek Ebony finish with a finely executed checking pattern that gives it a lot of visual character. The neck is on the slim side and plays exceptionally well, offering an easy, fast feel without losing that classic ’59 comfort. Its pickups have a lively, vibrant response—noticeably more energetic than many you’ll find in similar models—giving the guitar a wide expressive range. There are a few dings that look to have come after it left the factory, along with a bit of finish checking around the high-E tuner on the headstock. Aside from those honest marks, it’s in solid condition and has a strong, engaging presence both in hand and through an amp. Comes with the OHSC.
