Vox AC30 C2 TV Front 2x12 Combo w/ Psionic Audio Mods 2014, Blue/White

This is one of those times where an amp far exceeds the monetary value it represents. This AC30 TV Front came about as a limited edition release back in 2014, for the sake of offering a different, retro style look.Since then it's undergone a transformation, thanks to the techs at Psionic Audio. In addition to the circuit mods, it also has a top tier Mercury Magnetics VXO-30H output transformer, along with real Celestion Alnico Blue Speakers (not the Vox labeled version), which is about $850 in upgraded parts alone.The mods feature Psionic's own "JMI voicing mod" which adds a '65/'67 switch to the Top Boost side, along with a bright switch, and then adds a Depth switch on the Normal side. The Depth switch is a very neat feature that adds a commanding low end presence to the Normal channel, giving you an extremely thick sound, while still remaining nice and tight. Overall this is a superbly executed modified amp, that can easily match or exceed the quality of a much pricier Vox AC30 Hand-Wired!
