This is an Italian-made Vox, built in 1972. Most of the circuit follows the original AC30 formula, aside from the added reverb circuit (currently non-functional—see below).
This particular amp was owned and played by Who guitarist Pete Townshend.
It was sold two years ago by London Vintage, of which the archived Reverb listing is still active. It also comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, dated February 2023. According to Pete, he owned this amp until the 1990s, when he passed it along to a friend in the band The La's, who used it for a time as well. Pete has stated that this was one of the amps Alan Rogan purchased for him, which he typically paired with a Rickenbacker 12-string.
In addition to being a 220V amp, it's worth noting that the reverb is non-functional, as is the cut control. However, as a standard AC30, it works and sounds great, with a surprisingly good vibrato circuit. This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of British rock history!
