This rare 1928 National Style 1 Tricone Plectrum is a wonderful example of one of National's most innovative and sought-after instruments. It delivers the rich, complex tone, impressive volume, and remarkable sustain that have made these instruments favorites among players and collectors alike.

With its 27" scale length and 22 frets, this is a true plectrum guitar. Produced in far smaller numbers than tenor models, plectrum Nationals are considerably rarer today. The longer scale length makes it exceptionally versatile, accommodating a variety of tunings while providing excellent string tension and responsiveness.

This Style 1 offers all the character, craftsmanship, and unmistakable sound that define the finest pre-war Nationals.
