Description

This 1973 Martin D-45 exemplifies Martin's top-tier craftsmanship beautifully. Adorned with classic D-45 ornamentation, it features stunning abalone purfling, intricate inlays, golden tuners, and the iconic block inlay. Despite moderate player wear on its rosewood body and spruce top, it remains in very good condition. The Carter repair team has performed a professional neck reset, replaced the bridge and saddle, and re-glued the rosette. Additional previous repairs include fixing a 7-inch top crack under the pickguard with 3 cleats and a refret. This guitar plays and sounds wonderful, ready for many more decades of music.OHSC included.
