This Martin from 2011 is in excellent condition. The Amazon rosewood back and sides is visually impressive and adds a great body to the sound. The Alpine Spruce top is a softer spruce, compared to Adirondack, that will offer more give to the sound and accommodate the richness associated with rosewood very well. This 12-string is a great player that is setup to play with ease. This is a much more accessible guitar for players that are looking for that 12-string sound in a smaller body. The cutaway offers greater playability access and it is setup to make this possible. A powerhouse for the studio and a dazzler on stage, twelve string guitars add excellent color to any playing scenario.

Comes with the original hardshell case
