Description

This 2023 Martin 000-28 Custom Authentic 1937 brings the details of a prewar 000-28 into a carefully crafted modern instrument, finished here in a striking Shadetop sunburst. An Adirondack spruce top, thinned to .110", is paired with premium East Indian rosewood back and sides, giving the guitar a responsive voice with crisp articulation, rich overtones, and the warmth of a traditional rosewood-bodied Martin. Genuine mahogany and an ebony fingerboard complete the neck, while Waverly nickel tuners and an ebony bridge keep the appointments faithful to the vintage inspiration. The Modified V neck and 1930s-style heel add to its period character, and the guitar remains in excellent condition.
