Articulate Responsiveness. That's the key to this guitar's glorious sound; as if its looks weren't enough. This 1933 Martin 00-40H started life as an extremely high end Hawaiian-style lap guitar. At some point later, it was converted to Spanish style which required a reslotting of the bridge for intonation, a shaved down nut, and a radiusing of the fingerboard and frets. The effects of time also required a neck reset and bridge reglue. The original bridge plate is in tact and there was only a light overspray to the back and sides of the body; it's a beautiful specimen with tasteful preservation by an unknown luthier. It's sure to please aesthetically and sonically.
Comes with hardshell case.
