Martin is one of the most consistent guitar manufacturers of all time. This 1945 00 is an excellent example of the guitars that made Martin famous. Pictured above is an instrument that has seen the hands of a player that put in their hours. It has also seen a bit of repair work and maintenance over the years which leaves us with a storied instrument. Repairs include a bass side rim crack cleated and repaired the length of bass side to end pin hole, a top crack from sound hole to back of top repaired, back crack repaired, non-vintage bridge replacement, probable refinish, small binding patch on the treble side upper bout and added brass frets. This guitar plays well, has a very mellow sound and comes with a newer Martin hard shell case.
