Description

This F-0 by Will Kimble is a masterfully crafted mandolin in incredible shape. It offers rich, punchy tone with a delightful tone wood combination of sugar maple and Adirondack spruce. Per Will, he builds his F-0 mandolins in the style of Gilchrist's oval hole mandolins. Nickel Waverlys and a dark blonde oil varnish finish with French polish top coat give this instrument a truly elegant feel. Cosmetically, it remains in amazing condition, with no significant signs of wear even though it's nearly 20 years old.
