Built by Stephen Stern in 2006, this Gretsch G6120WCST Chet Atkins model is a standout example from the Gretsch Custom Shop. It features classic Western appointments—cactus and steer head inlays, G-brand on the body, and gold hardware—all brought together with the unmistakable craftsmanship Stern is known for. The build quality and attention to detail elevate it well beyond a standard production model, with lively acoustics and that signature Gretsch chime when plugged in. Light playwear and a touch of natural aging give it just the right amount of character.
