A Banner "Only a Gibson is Good Enough" logo on a Gibson guitar means it was made during WWII, and built by women. They are legendary in sound and quality. There are little quirks/differences between each one and that makes the collecting aspect fun aswell. This one has a Maple/Rosewood/Maple neck, instead of mahogany. Gibson was conserving steel for the war effort, so the thick Maple neck kept it straighter. This one is incredibly clean thanks to some minimal repair work and a light, near indistinguishable, overspray that kept the lacquer in good condition (these are known for flaking). Despite the slightly smaller size, it packs a punch and has great sustain.

Comes in 70s Japanese Case
