Description

This 1975 Gibson Triumph bass offers the low end counterpart of the cult favorite Les Paul Recording model. The Triumph was built in collaboration with Les Paul himself and features several of his signature preferred specs, including low impedance pickups. This example has been refinished in a thick white finish, and refretted as well. There is cracking in several spots of the finish, most notably the back of the neck and headstock, but the cracking is only finish deep and does not reach the wood. The control panel features a pickup selector, tone selector, phase control, and impedance selector - a whole array of controls to find your perfect low end tone.
