Description

The SG body shape is iconic in the Gibson lineup. Its initial introduction under the Les Paul name was soon removed in popular diction and replaced with the SG. This particular instrument was coined as a Gibson Les Paul Junior, although many collectors know that to be the more classic "Les Paul" body shape without a maple cap. This example is lightweight and rings like a bell. This instrument may have undergone some modifications (see list in specs) but all the ingredients for a great vintage tone are present on this guitar. This piece is in excellent shape for its age and comes with its original hard shell case.
