This 1981 Heritage 80 Les Paul has vibe for days. Finished in the rare Ebony color, it’s clearly been played and enjoyed, with honest playwear throughout and some finish checking that adds to its character—but nothing that affects the guitar’s structural integrity. There have been a few sensible updates over the years, including a new nut, refret, replaced tuners (originals included), replaced strap buttons (originals included), a replaced truss rod cover (original included), and a little bit of touch up where a previous strap button was. The pickups are the original Tim Shaw Patent No. stamped humbuckers, delivering a big, full sound with classic Les Paul punch, and the guitar plays great from top to bottom. It comes with the original “chainsaw” case, rounding out a killer vintage package.
