The 2018 Gibson Les Paul Custom 1958 Standard Reissue stands as a testament to Gibson's dedication to recapturing the magic of their golden era. The '58 models feature a more plain top generally speaking, though this one has a nice, subdued flame to it. Another characteristic of the '58 is its meatier feeling neck, especially when compared to the R9 and R0, which have less mass overall. This guitar feels primed for action, featuring a well-balanced setup for playability. It comes with the original Gibson hard case.
