It fills the hand beautifully, creating a secure feel that allows for confident fretting and effortless movement along the fingerboard. Once in hand, it's easy to understand why so many players become devoted to these early neck carves.
Tonally, it delivers the quintessential vintage archtop voice—midrange-focused, percussive, and highly dynamic, with excellent note separation and a lively response to the picking hand.
