The iconic Firebird design was influenced by the tail-fins of 1950s automobiles, created as an exotic alternative to guitars available at the time as Gibson looked to exotic builds to differentiate themselves from the traditional styles on the market. There were tiers of the Firebird line and the VII was at the top. They were very expensive at the time and therefore are not as common to find in the wild. This original 1964 examples only down a net nut, refret, and jack from being stock in parts; its a players dream.
Comes with original hardshell case.
