Gibson Dove 1965

Gibson's second sweetly-appointed, square-shouldered dreadnought, the Dove, was introduced in the early 60's. This particular example is nearly all original, with the exception of its pickguard, an accurate vintage replica handmade by Fox Guitars. The original pickguard was severely deteriorating and as a result of it gassing off in that process, there is some light finish discoloration along its perimeter. This '65 model is otherwise in beautiful condition with few cosmetic imperfections.
