This is an absolutely stunning archtop built by prolific Gibson luthier Jim "Hutch" Hutchins and was presented to him in appreciation of his 45 years of working at Gibson. It has a pearl engraved medallion on the back of the headstock reading "Jim Hutchins 45 yrs 1963 - 2008"
The guitar is beautiful looking and sounding, having a spruce top with highly flamed maple back, sides, and neck with an ebony board having abalone inlays. It also has its original mini humbucker and sounds superb when plugged in. It is in excellent condition and is believed to be the last guitar Jim Hutchins built.
Includes its original hard shell case.
