In 1988, a group of Jim’s friends wanted to get him a nice guitar and gave Jim a Gallagher Doc Watson model. In 2008, Gallagher decided to honor Jim Hurst’s long tradition with Gallagher with his own model. This signature edition honors Jim’s playing style and is truly a performer’s guitar." This guitar is in excellent condition with very minimal wear. It is all original with the addition of a Fishman pickup for enhanced versatility. Set up with low action, it plays effortlessly, delivering a rich and balanced tone. Includes the original hard case.
