This striking cutaway D-28 from Gallagher Guitars is one of their "72-Special" models, crafted from premium tonewoods and outfitted with deluxe appointments! This 2009 dreadnought features a Florentine cutaway, solid spruce top (most likely Sitka), and Indian rosewood back and sides. We love the soft matte finish on the neck, making transitioning from low to high a breeze. The tone of this guitar is dark and rich, and we think the current set-up would especially please a fingerpicker who is looking for a big, bold dreadnought. Curly maple binding, abalone rosette and purfling and gold Waverly tuners give this guitar some classic bling.
Condition is excellent, and it comes with a hardshell case.
