You probably haven't seen one like this! An Antigua finished guitar that, although it has no damage and has lived safely in its case most of its life, has an intensely cracked finish. It was owned by long time producer and mixing / mastering engineer, Richard Dodd who had it around at the time of recording the Traveling Wilburys first record. George Harrison was in the studio and Richard mentioned to him that he had an interesting Strat that was on the heavier side with a uniquely "cracked and leather like" finish. George expressed an interest in seeing it and liked playing it. Dodd had the track "End of the Line" pulled up and George told him to hit record, using this guitar to record the main intro riff and other parts as well!
The guitar is in original condition except for a slightly enlarged cavity route but it has its original pickups and electronics that sound great. Note: the finish is fragile and peeling up where the cracks are, so it is liable to chip if it were played heavily. This is a very cool guitar with a significant past and will include a letter from Dodd as provenance with its original case.
