Description

The Fender John Mayer Stratocaster in sunburst is an aesthetically understated creation that has some very player-minded desirable appointments. Most importantly, it houses "Big Dipper" pickups like John's '90s SRV Strat that were wound weaker than spec. These under-wound and mid-scooped pickups are legendary in forums and a full set will alone now run $800+. The overall design is a cross between his SRV Strat and his '64 Sunburst/Tortoise Strat he owns and plays.
