Description
Surf's up! Isn't it interesting how the ultimate surf guitar was called a, Jazzmaster? This 1959 Fender Jazzmaster, with the cool, cool and cooler than cool anodized pickguard is all original save for a recent refret and a new nut. There's plenty of red left in the gorgeous sunburst. Plus, there's another bonus here... this instrument has a beautiful birdseye figured neck. The guitar plays perfectly with great tone through both pickups. The neck is an excellent all around size, not too skinny and definitely not a clubby baseball bat. This is an absolutely killer early Jazzmaster and it's ready to rock, or surf; your choice. The guitar comes in its original tweed case with gold plush lining.
